A simple plastic tray? (12″ X 16″ with a 5/8″ lip). The lip allows the tray to float/skim on the surface of the water allowing a miniature table to place/balance items making it the perfect accessory for other exercises or activities. They cause a tremendous amount of resistance when used under the water allowing for powerful upper body exercise. They are perfect for static or dynamic balance exercise and it is my favorite “lifting box” allowing for adjustable resistance/load dependent upon the speed it is moved.
